Orders are processed in the order they are received. How soon your order is ready is based on the size of the order and how long it takes to package it. It is also dependent on how many orders we are processing before yours. We process everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipping within the U.S. is via First Class Mail. If you order more than can be shipped via First Class your order will be sent via Priority Mail. First Class and Priority Mail are included in your product price. If you need your order expedited it will be shipped via Express Mail and you will be charged for shipping.
International shipping is charged at the USPS postal rates for your country. We use the most economical shipping methods possible. If you are unsure what your shipping charges will be or think they are high, please contact us and we will give you a quote.
Returns are done on a case by case basis.
Replacements are free of charge for broken items.
